I'm Artyom, a film and video editor based between Belgium and the Netherlands, originally from Armenia. I studied Audio Visual and Media Arts, focusing on image culture and visual literacy. My artistic practice gradually led me to explore moving image and editing, pursuing further training as a film editor at the Royal Institute of Theatre, Cinema and Sound (RITCS) in Brussels.
Now, as a freelance editor, I specialize in art house documentaries and experimental music videos. Collaborating closely with artists and directors, I offer support and assistance in realizing their artistic vision bringing all my knowledge and expariance from the arts into my editing practice.
Besides editing for others, I continue to explore film and video in various forms through my personal practice.
